I am a certified Personal Trainer I have been body building for about three
years I run my own personal training business in the Bronx its called T&K'S
Personal training I am currently training for the upcoming Fitness America
Pageant I am looking for sponsors so if their are any out their give me a
call. I am going to be competing this September in the NABBA USA (OxygenMagazine)
MS. American Figure that will be my first competition wish me luck.
I train every other day about one hour of weights half hour of aerobics. My
goal is to win the Fitness America Pageant and establish my self as one of
the top fitness competitors and model.
